When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and delivery times depending on your location. You can also track your order through your account on the Oryon website.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Mexico: 1-3 Business Days
  • United States 3-5 Business Days
  • Europe 3-7 Business Days
  • Asia & Oceania 2-7 Business Days
  • LATAM 3-8 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally change due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Delivery times do not include order processing times, that might take from 1 to 3 business days. Check the detailed list of countries we ship to in each region on the next question.

We are working on finalizing shipping to: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, UAE, Qatar & Panama, stay tuned to get updates. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Selected items may be available for pre-order. When applicable, the estimated shipping window will be shown on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items they will ship together when the preorder items are available. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before, please place them in different orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in pristine, unread condition (unbroken spine, no bent or marked pages).

Please note that only items purchased directly from this website are eligible for a return or exchange.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@oryoneditions.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@oryoneditions.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

Are duties and taxes included?

For international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout. Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
