Return & Refund Policy
At Oryon, we want every order to arrive carefully packed and in the best possible condition. If something is wrong with your order, or if you need to request a return or exchange, please read the policy below.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be in pristine, unread condition. Books must have an unbroken spine, no bent pages, no marked pages, and no signs of use. Objects, accessories, or other items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging when applicable.
Only items purchased directly from the Oryon website are eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that have been used, read, marked, bent, damaged, or altered.
Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
Items not purchased directly from the Oryon website.
Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items, if applicable.
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@oryoneditions.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the case and help find the best possible solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us at hello@oryoneditions.com within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a refund or another solution when applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Oryon is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@oryoneditions.com.
Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
