Shipping Policy
At Oryon, we carefully pack each order so our books, printed pieces, and objects arrive in the best possible condition. Below you’ll find information about order processing, shipping times, tracking, international delivery, pre-orders, and customs duties.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and delivery details depending on your location and selected shipping method. You can also track your order through your account on the Oryon website.
Please note that processing times may take a little longer during launches, pre-order periods, holidays, or high-volume moments.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and available shipping options.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
Mexico: 1–3 business days
United States: 3–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Asia & Oceania: 2–7 business days
LATAM: 3–8 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may occasionally change due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery times do not include order processing time.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following destinations:
Mexico & USA
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
Asia & Oceania: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan.
LATAM: Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Peru.
We are working on finalizing shipping to Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, UAE, Qatar, and Panama. Available shipping destinations, rates, and delivery estimates will appear at checkout.
Duties and Taxes
For international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout. Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customs processing may affect delivery times depending on the destination country.
Pre-Orders
Selected items may be available for pre-order. When applicable, the estimated shipping window will be shown on the product page.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together once the pre-order items are available. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before the pre-order ships, please place them in separate orders.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Oryon is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@oryoneditions.com. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our direct control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or returned to us, please contact us at hello@oryoneditions.com and we will help review the situation with the carrier when possible.
